Phage grew up in the snowy arctic town of Duluth, MN and would get around the frozen tundra and lakes on ice skates. One day she found a hockey stick in her backyard and history was written. When she turned 18 she headed for warmer climates in upstate New York where she played D1 college hockey for 4 years. After a bit of moving around, she found herself in the big apple where she could hardly find ice anywhere, so she got some rollerskates. She found that rollerskates are pretty awesome too, so she skated around and around and around on them and realized that the more she skated in circles the more points she scored. That was all the motivation she needed to proclaim herself a jammer. Now she has returned to the frozen tundra of Minnesota and shifts easily and often between ice skates and rollerskates, loving the ice and the concrete equally. Likes:
