Madrad spent her whole first season sitting on the bench injured. It was really exciting. When she finally got off the bench, she was relegated to sitting on the inside line for another whole season. Which clearly paid off. She's since moved on to more dynamic roles on the track. Or off the track, like more sitting in the penalty box. It's a perennial work in progress. She's firmly cemented in her mind that derby isn't really about hitting; it's all about sitting. Likes:
