Announcement: Season Ten: Mark Your Calendars
The league has determined the bouts for the 10th season of MNRG. With seven bouts in the Roy and an eighth with the Swarm, the MNRG will be bringing you into downtown Saint Paul throughout. Mark these dates:
ONE-NIGHT TOURNAMENT
Saturday, October 19th:
The Lightning Round tournament returns for its second year! As a start to the season, the women of the MNRG will take to the Roy track in FOUR twenty-minute bouts to play for the slightly-less-coveted-than-the-Golden-Skate Gilded Steak. See your teams's newest in action, and get a taste of what your favorites will do in the new year.

The next three bouts will send your MNRG hometeams into battle for the Golden Skate. Each Saturday counts towards the standings.

February 2014:
All right. We don’t have this date for you yet. However, be assured that we’ll be back in Saint Paul’s biggest house for another doubleheader with the Minnesota Swarm. Watch for details.
MARCH MADN...INSANITY
Saturday, March 8:
In years past, the round robin tournament seeded the four hometeams into 1st-place and 3rd-place. This year, we're borrowing from March tradition involving some of those other sports; 2nd-place will play 3rd, while 1st will play 4th. Winners go on to the Golden Skate in April; losers play for 3rd.
THE ALL-STARS RETURN
Saturday, April 5:
The MNRG travel teams will start their season two weeks before the home teams end theirs with an All-Star double header! Both the All-Stars and All-Star B Team will be playing against rivals from far-flung corners of the derby world (no, no hints yet!). Meanwhile, the hometeams will get ready for:
THE GOLDEN SKATE
Saturday, April 19:
The night where it all goes down. The 2014 hometeam season ends with the sound of jammers dropped and the screech of wheels against the unforgiving floor of the Roy. And the crack announcing team awarding the GOLDEN SKATE to the MNRG champions.
